Jostens is the supplier of announcements and caps and gowns. Packets will be handed out at the beginning of the school year.

Rehearsal |
 |
 |
Rehearsal is MANDATORY for all seniors who plan to participate in the graduation ceremony. There will be one rehearsal at Sunnyvale Baptist Church and one rehearsal in the high school gym. |

Tickets for Family and Guests |
|
|
 |
Tickets will be required for guest admittance into the church. All guests will need a ticket except for toddlers/infants that do not require a seat. Each graduate will be given 16 tickets and will sign upon receiving the tickets. Only seniors who have passed all sections of the Exit Level TAKS and all courses required for graduations will receive tickets. Class dues must be paid before receiving tickets as well. The tickets are for family and friends, the graduate will not need a ticket. Any student who has unused tickets will be allowed to share with other students, but the school will not be responsible for the sharing. |

Ceremony and Dress Code |
 |
 |
Seniors must arrive at the church by 5:30 PM. The ceremony is estimated to last approximately one hour.
Ladies must wear dresses or dark slacks and dark dress shoes. Strapless tops will not be allowed.
Gentlemen are to wear dress trousers, long sleeve dress shirts, ties, and appropriate dark dress shoes and socks.
Tennis Shoes and Flip Flops are not allowed. Shoes are not allowed to have "bling" on them.
Lettering and/or decorations are not appropriate on caps or gowns.
Graduates may not have personal items in their possession when they line up for the processional (CELL PHONES, CAMERAS, PURSES, ETC).
All other dress code requirements in the student handbook will be enforced. This includes but not limited to, hair requirements, piercings, and facial hair.
Students will sign a behavior contract regarding conduct expectations prior to participating in the graduation ceremony. |

Don Painter Photography will be taking pictures as you graduate. You may access those pictures and order them online if you would like to purchase them. Simply go to dpainter.com and click on “images online” then “Graduation” box.

Graduation DVD |
|

The graduation ceremony will be videotaped with multiple cameras, professionally produced and packaged. The video covers all the key events and presentation of diplomas to each student.

Diplomas |
 |
 |
Actual diplomas will not be given during the graduation ceremony. Diplomas will be available beginning, Monday, June 3rd between 9:00 AM and Noon. If the graduate is not able to pick up their diploma, either a parent or older sibling can pick them up. |

Graduation Seating |
|
|
 |
Saving seats will be limited to one seat immediately to the right and left of any person who is physically seated in the auditorium. This means that you will be able to save up to two seats for guests that will be arriving later. There will be no reserving, taping, or roping off of sections or rows prior to the ceremony and no one will be permitted into the auditorium before 5:30 PM on Graduation Day. |

Senior Video Picture Collection |

Seniors may submit pictures for consideration for the senior memory video that will be available for purchase which will also include the graduation ceremony.
We will have a senior slide show that will be shown at graduation and part of the senior DVD. Each senior should submit three photos, a baby picture… young child picture…and a current picture. I prefer them to be emailed to jstruck@crandall-isd.net. The photos need to be at least 480 pixels tall. If you cannot email them, your students can take them to Mr. Struck in a zip-loc bag, but please make sure to put their name on the back of the photos to ensure they are returned. If you have photos that need to be scanned, contact Mr. Struck and he will make arrangements. All pictures will be returned in a folder when the diplomas are picked up, so please make sure the name is on the back of the pictures.
The deadline to turn the pictures in will be Monday, April 29th. |

Class Dues |

 |
All class dues must be paid in order to attend prom or senior activities and also to receive your diploma.
Class dues are $60 if you have not paid any previous years. |
