To prepare students for an increasingly computerized society, Crandall ISD has made a substantial investment in computer technology for instructional purposes. Use of these resources is restricted to students working under a teacher's supervision and for approved purposes only. Employees with questions regarding computer use and data management should contact the Technology Department.

Acceptable Use Policy |

Access to the district's electronic communication system is a privilege, not a right. Students and their parents will be asked to sign a user agreement regarding use of these resources. Noncompliance with applicable regulations will result in disciplinary action consistent with the district's policies and regulations. Violations of this agreement may result in the withdrawal of privileges and other disciplinary action.
The district's electronic communication system, including its network access to the internet, is to be used for administrative and instructional purposes only. Electronic mail transmissions and other use of the electronic communications system are not confidential and can be monitored at any time to ensure appropriate use.

Employees are expected to comply with the provisions of copyright law relating to the unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, performance, or display of copyrighted materials (i.e. printed material, videos, computer data, and programs, etc.)

Technology HelpDesk |

We are pleased to offer an electronic means for submitting technology requests. The online Eduphoria HelpDesk is available to all school employees for requesting repair of computer equipment or software. When an online request is submitted, each member of the Technology Department will get the request. We will select the appropriate person and respond in a timely manner. Hopefully this will result in time savings for you and a more effecient method of handling requests for us. We do request that you check the HelpDesk for responses or requests for more information.You will receive an automatic reply when your technology request has been updated or closed.
